After months of hard work by the Fence Committee we have best-and-final offers from six fencing companies to replace the perimeter fence. Clarification of the scope of work with several bidders is underway. We are once again asking association members to approve funding of the project by way of a special assessment. We have set a meeting date of August 29, 2024, for voting on a proposed assessment of $350 per lot. Once funding is secured, we will negotiate with the finalists to determine the selected contractor plus final cost and schedule for the project. Our intent is to have a contractor working by November 1, 2024
