On Thursday August 29, 2024 the NPHOA Board of Directors held a meeting to request homeowner approval of a $350 Special Assessment for replacement of the Noble Park perimeter fence. The vote passed with 57 “Yes” votes to 7 “No” votes, an 89% majority.
We are pleased that such a large number of the homeowners supported this essential need for our community.
Replacing our aging, failing 30+ year old fence brings greater safety and structural strength against weather events, improves perimeter security and will present a more desirable neighborhood appearance.
Next steps? Finalize the review of contractor offers and award the contract in the next two weeks.
